Survivor Alliance Chapters

Survivor Alliance Chapters are organically developed from our members. Members who are interested in creating a local survivor community whose mission and values are aligned with Survivor Alliance may do so. Both group actively involved in Run for Freedom raising money for our leadership program 2021 LEAD.

Currently, these two chapter are leading a campaign to grant permanent residence to survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery who are no UK national by a petition to the UK Government. Sign it here!

Welcomes survivors from Yorkshire area

Activities
- Outreach to survivors in local community
- Collaborate with Bradford Rape Crisis

Achievements:
- Presented about Human Trafficking to Bradford College students - Edge Fund Grant Recipient - Supporting the Yorkshire and London Chapter development

Nottingham survivor alliance (8 members)

Welcomes survivors from Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands

Activities:
- Monthly group meetings
- Other recreational activities

Achievements: - Met with MP Alex Norris and Nadia Whittome to express members’ concerns
- Participated in training re: establishing as a charity, leadership and empowerment - Lush UK Charity grant recipient
- Nottingham Refugee Forum grant recipient. - Met the Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner, Dame Sara Thornton
